Koppal: Karnataka Minister for Kannada and Culture Shivraj Tangadagi launched a scathing attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, alleging that he envisions an India without an opposition, a personal life without a wife, and followers who lack intelligence.

Speaking to reporters, Tangadagi recited a poem as part of his criticism and claimed that the Prime Minister has not held a single press conference since assuming office. He further alleged that Modi prefers a Parliament without questions and a media that refrains from asking critical questions.
Meanwhile, the minister said that a meeting had been held to formulate a cultural policy in the state. He added that guidelines are being prepared to ensure better opportunities for artists during festivals and other cultural events.
