Woman Laborer Succumbs to Elephant Attack in Siddapura

Siddapura: A female laborer lost her life in an elephant attack in Siddapura, specifically in the area of Hosuru Bettageri on Wednesday.

The deceased has been identified as 55-year-old Baby.

According to the police, the unfortunate incident occurred while she was engaged in carrying coffee beans during her work in a coffee plantation, where she was unexpectedly attacked by a wild elephant. 

Siddapura police, along with officials from the Forest department, conducted an on-site inspection in response to the incident.
