Dandeli: Aneesh Mujawar Ahmed on Saturday took charge as the new Circle Police Inspector of Dandeli. He was a successful officer in winning the locals by serving as PSI in Dandeli town police station, earlier. 

He was also serving in Lokayukta office in Bagalkot. He has now been promoted to Dandeli after the transfer of CPI Veeranna.

It is learnt that CPI Aneesh was a successful sportsman in his school and college life and also was a player member of state police team in various sports.
