Bhatkal: Anjuman Institute of Management & Computer Application on Sunday organized its 22nd annual day celebrations at its college campus here in Anjumanabad.
The event began with the recitation of Holy Quran by Abdul Hafeez Sada of BBA 3rd year.
Principal of the institution Prof. Mohammed Mohsin K presented the annual report of the college, while Gul-e-Mahek introduced the guests.
Speaking on the occasion Chief guest Ramani Venkat, a motivational speaker, spoke on the importance of students role in achieving their goal in life. He explained that students usually fail to reach their goal when there are zero efforts behind the set goal. "The world is set on the perception, whether people like it or not", he noted.
Guest of honour Prof. Zahid Hassan Kharuri, HOD, Department of Management studies, while addressing the students said about the Life's journey and the destination of that journey is the only thing we should Love. The goal should be planned carefully and it should be noted that every possible strive should be done to accomplish it without turning back. Also, the decision making is one of the toughest things that goes on in student's life and once the student gets passed out of the college, the things are very difficult, he said.
Meanwhile, several students were awarded Trophies, Certificates and Cash prizes for their performance and achievements in Academics, Sports and co-curricular activities during the academic year.
The event was chaired by Mr. Abdur Rahim Damudi, vice-president of Anjuman Hami-e-Muslimeen, Bhatkal.
Ehbaab and Mariyam Hira of BBA 3rd year presented welcome note and vote of thanks respectively.
On this occasion general secretary of Anjuman Hami-e-Muslimeen Siddiqui Ismail and College board secretary Mohammed Aftab Qamri were also present on the stage.
