Bhatkal: Assistant Commissioner Dr. Naina emphasized that the Constitution of India not only grants us rights but also assigns us duties.

Speaking at the 75th Republic Day celebration held at the YMSA Taluk Stadium on Friday, following the unfurling of the flag ceremony, the Assistant Commissioner of Bhatkal Sub-Division, Dr. Naina, urged everyone to fulfill the aspirations of the Constitution, which bestows equal rights and duties upon all, regardless of their wealth, social status, or political power.

A vibrant procession organized by police personnel, school students, NCC, Scouts, and Guides marked the occasion with great zeal. 

Achievers in various fields were felicitated and honored during the program, showcasing the enthusiastic celebration of Republic Day in Bhatkal.
