Bhatkal: The mega job fair 2023 organized by the Indian Nawayath Forum (INF) in association with the Association of Muslim Professionals (AMP) at Bhatkal, received an overwhelming response, with more than 40 companies participated.
The event was inaugurated by Mankal Vaidya, the Minister for Fisheries, Ports, Inland Water Transport, who said that finding employment is a challenge in the current scenario and the job fair offers a great opportunity for aspirants to secure jobs.
Application forms saw serpentine queues, as companies offered various positions to candidates of all qualifications, ranging from SSLC to postgraduation.
The venue was thronged by hundreds of aspirants seeking opportunities in IT, BT, automobile, marketing, telecom, textile, BPO, banking industries, manufacturing companies, and more. The job fair took place from 10 am to 4 pm.
During the event, a few candidates were fortunate to receive offer letters from the organizers.
The ceremony was presided over by Mohtisham SM Arshad, President of INF.
At the inauguration event, Bhatkal Assistant Commissioner Dr. Naina, Bhatkal Qazi Moulana Abdur Rab Nadvi, Moulana Khaja Madni, AMP Karnataka Chapter Member Nazeer Ahmed, INF General Secretary Nauman Patel, Convenor Faizan Barmawar, and many other dignitaries were present.
