Bhatkal: The National Highway near Koteshwar colony in Bhatkal is filled with garbage on the sideways causing trouble for the passengers travelling from the route.

Due to this, the locals have filed a complaint demanding the cleaning of the National Highway at the Bhatkal Town police station.

According to the complaint, piles of waste goods have been thrown on the National Highway instead of being stored at a designated place or location and because of this, travellers are facing difficulties while passing through the road.

The locals have strongly demanded that concerned officers inspect the site immediately and take remedial measures to clean the mess and avoid any untoward accidents.
