Bhatkal: A youth was killed when an unidentified vehicle hit his two-wheeler Scooter at National Highway 66 near Bailur cross in Bhatkal Taluk on Wednesday.

According to the police, the victim, a scooter rider Ganesh Naik (26), a resident of Manki village in Honnavar Taluk.

The accident occurred when he was heading towards Manki from Bhatkal.

A case has been registered.
