Bhatkal: Here's a good news for the young sportsmen of Bhatkal and surrounding places as the management of Bhatkalsports.com has come up with an interesting initiative of launching its own sports academy. Issuing a press release here they announced that the launch of its ambitious project of new sports academy by name 'Bhatkal Sports Academy' shall begin soon by next few weeks in Bhatkal.
Addressing the presspersons, managing director of Bhatkalsports.com, Mr. Waseem KM, said, the Academy would have its own Cricket Coaching Center for Cricket enthusiasts who wish to enhance their cricketing skills or aim to build a career in the sport. The center will hire the services of Cricket experts, trainers and coaches from all across India, to ensure that players get the quality guidance and mentoring possible, and also to ensure that the aspirations of young cricketers take a professional leap. "We will plan to hold daily sessions before and after school hours, in addition to full-day weekend training sessions. Sessions will be timed and devised as per the trainee’s convenience. In addition to regular sessions, we will also organize vacation camps and tours across India, to ensure that the trainees get a good amount of exposure", he added.
He further said that the trainees will get a chance to play in the Academy’s Team and represent the Academy in KSCA (Karnataka State Cricket Association) approved tournaments and divisional matches in Hubli-Dharwad Zone.
They also informed that the academy will be conducting summer coaching for boys of above 8 years of age at the academy ground opposite to Hotel TFC INN near Kamakshi Petrol Pump in Bhatkal, from 1st April to the 15th of May, 2018. Each student will get two sessions in a day, each day for 45 days.
The interested players are requested to enroll themselves by filling in the registration form online, which is provided in official website Bhatkalsports.com.
