BIFA to represent Karnataka 7 team in All India Senior National Football 7 tourney

Bhatkal: Bhatkal Inter Football Association (BIFA) is all set to start its journey in the national level games as it will be representing Karnataka State in All India Senior National Football 7 championship 2018 which will be played on 4th and 5th of March at Aurangabad in Maharashtra. This national level championship tournament will be organized by Football 7 Association of India.

Talking with SahilOnline over phone, Ranjith Kumar, President, Football 7 Association of Karnataka told that recently he saw the talent of  BIFA team in Bagalkot during a tournament in which the team played brilliantly. "I also watched few more matches of BIFA and looking the ability and the best performance of players, finally we have given oppurtunity to BIFA to represent Football 7 Association of Karnataka team. He wished all the best to the BIFA players to show thier talent and sportsmanship at the National level.

Talking with SahilOnline, Maviya Mohtisham, coach of BIFA team informed that the whole team is very excited to get this oppurtunity to bring our talent to the national level. He expressed confidence in his players’ ability.

Maviya said, Zuhair Armar will be leading the team as the captain of Karnataka team followed by Nadeed Kadli, Afzan Jabali, Tabish Gawai and Muhammed Kumail. President of Karnataka State Football 7 Association, Mr. Ranjit Kumar will be the team manager. 

Winners and runners of the tournament will get an opportunity to play in the international tournament which will be held in South America and Dubai in April this year that shall be officiated by the international officials from UK and Chile, Ranjith Kumar said.
