Sirsi: A person was killed on the spot, when an unidentified vehicle hit the bike he was riding on, Hulekat Road Cross, in Ganesh Nagar in the town, on Friday.

The deceased has been identified as Shankar Pujari (56) resident of Ganesh Nagar.

The police have registered as case at Rural Police Station.
