Karwar: Angered by advice given by his teacher about his studies, a student, from one of the high schools, in Karwar, created a fake Facebook account in the name of the female teacher and uploaded obscene videos and pictures.

He even sent ‘friend request’ to his classmates and friends to insult the teacher.

However, the student by ‘mistake’ sent a friend request to a relative of the teacher, who, in turn, informed the teacher.

When the relative inquired with the student about the incident, he confessed to the crime and said he was angry the teacher had insulted him in front of entire class and sought to avenge her. The name of the boy has been withheld as he is still minor.

A case has been registered against the boy at Urban Police Station.
