Ankola: A boy suffered head injury, when a leopard attacked him recently at his house, at Agasur village, in Ankola taluk.

The incident occurred when the leopard tried to kill the domesticated dog belonging to the injured Kumar Shivu Gowda’s family. The boy wad admitted to Ankola Taluk Hosptail for the treatment.

Mastikatta Range Forest officer VT Naik, Assistant Range Forest Officer Sanjeev Naik Forest Guard Rahul inspected the place of incident, sources said.
