Honnavar: Union Minister of State for Employment & Skill Development AnantKumar Hegde charged that Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has turned a prosperous Karnataka into a poor State.
Speaking during the Janasuraksha yatra organised by BJP in Honnavar on Sunday he said Siddaramaiah is more expert than the Britishers in divide and rule policy as he has brought fight between two members of same community-- Lingayat and Veerashiva.
He also charged that to instil fear among the Hindu voters, the State government is releasing prisoners from minority community, who have serious charges against them. Though the Hindus are capable of getting justice at the very spot where the blood of a Hindu worker has fallen, we have held ourselves back as we respect judiciary and constitution, he said.
He said, all the tactics of Siddaramaiah will fail in the Coastal Karnataka region. The main object of BJP is to make Karnataka free from Karnataka. “There are few good people in Congress also. Let them announce a good Dalit leader as their chief minister candidate,” he challenged and said added that BJP's target is Congress government led by Siddaramaiah.
He said there is no security in Karnataka for the backward class community. Leftists are only worried about the death of people belonging to their ideology, while they wont shed a drop of tear for death of other ideology people.
