Karwar: Coast Guard personnel rescued a fishing boat- Palaksha, whose engine had been damaged, in Arabian Sea, near Malpe, in Udupi while fishing on Sunday.

After rescuing the eight fishermen on the boat, Coast Guard staff towed the boat to safety with help of Coast Guard’s ICGS Apoorva, towards Devgad Island, on Monday morning.
