1.75 lakh soil health cards will be distributed to the farmers of Uttara Kannada district by March 31, said Joint Director of Agriculture, Karwar, Honnappa Gouda. He was speeking at the World Soil Day event at Haliyal as chief guest. He said that of the target collection of 15,000 soil samples, 13,000 have already been collected.
