Karwar: Uttara Kannada District Youth Congress president Santhosh Shetty participated in the 19th World Festival of Youth and Students held at Moscow in Russia. Nearly 20,000 youths from 150 countries attended the week-long festival. Discussions, cultural and sports programmes, challenges being faced by youths and many more were organized as part of the festival.
