Sirsi: Rajesh Satyanarayan Hegde, in a complaint with Sirsi Police Station on Tuesday, has stated that he was duped of Rs 32.90 lakh by Manish Varma, of Delhi. 

According to Rajesh, assuring that he would provide him vanilla beans, Manish Varma had received money from him. However, till date, he had not provided the vanilla beans to him. Asked to return the money, Manish has been dodging and refusing to do so, Rajesh has charged in the complaint.
