The chief guest, Dr. V. Ramachandra Murthy, Assistant Director and Senior Professor of the Biotechnology Department at MIT Manipal, delivered an inspiring speech. He emphasized that graduates are entering the workforce at a time when India is increasingly integrating with the global economy, leading to more attractive job opportunities and competitive pay packages within the country.

Dr. Murthy highlighted India's significant progress over the past 77 years in various sectors, including agriculture, healthcare, industry, infrastructure, information technology, research and development, and knowledge wealth. He pointed to the Union Government's Vision Viksit Bharat 2047, which aims to make India a superpower by its 100th year of independence.
