Bhatkal: Minister Mankal Vaidya Reviews Education Issues, Prioritizes Quality Learning

Bhatkal: Minister Mankal Vaidya, the District In-charge and Minister for Fisheries, Ports, and Inland Transport, conducted a comprehensive review meeting with the headmasters of government primary and high schools at AK Hafizka Urban Bank hall, Bhatkal.

The meeting focused on addressing various challenges and concerns related to education and teaching in the district.

Minister Mankal Vaidya emphasized the importance of providing the best education to students and advised teachers to fulfill their responsibilities with utmost sincerity. He encouraged the teachers to treat the schools they work in as their own, rallying the support of the local community for the development of the institutions.

Recognizing that many underprivileged children enroll in government schools, he expressed his commitment to providing them with the finest quality education. 

During the meeting, teachers presented Minister Mankal Vaidya with a comprehensive list of issues plaguing government schools. These issues include the absence of compound walls, inadequate water facilities, insufficient washrooms and kitchen rooms, as well as challenges related to classrooms and other infrastructure.

The minister expressed his commitment to ensuring unhindered access to education for students in his constituency. He emphasized that it is his responsibility to address any issues or deficiencies in the schools. His goal is to transform the schools in the constituency into exemplary institutions at the state level. He assured the teachers that he will not create any obstacles for them. Additionally, he pledged to make the necessary arrangements to provide the facilities listed by the teachers for different schools. 

Executive officer of Taluka Panchayat Prabhakar Chikanmane and Incharge BEO Sharda Naik were also present at the meeting.
