District Incharge Minister Assures Permanent Solution for Sea Erosion in Ullal by Next Year

Mangaluru: From Next year, district incharge minister  Dinesh Gundu Rao, stated that a long-term resolution for sea erosion will be implemented in Ullal.

During his visit to the Ucchila-Battappady shore, which has been affected by sea erosion, he emphasized the importance of finding a permanent solution to address this issue.

Furthermore, he directed officials to make alternate arrangements for individuals who have lost their homes due to sea erosion.

Minister Rao intends to hold discussions with Speaker U T Khader in Bengaluru to explore potential solutions. Additionally, approximately 25% of a privately-owned guest house in Ucchila Battappady has been damaged due to sea erosion.

Deputy Commissioner Ravi Kumar M R,  Additional DC Krishnamurthy, ZP CEO Dr Kumar  and other officials were present.
