Karnataka Assembly Election: preparations complete, Officials left for polling centers with EVM

Bhatkal: Preparations have been completed for the single-phase assembly elections in the state of Karnataka, which will take place tomorrow, May 10th. The polling officials have been dispatched to their respective polling booths with EVM from Guru Sudhindra College.

Electoral Officer and Bhatkal Assistant Commissioner, Mamata Devi, provided information on the occasion and urged all eligible voters to participate in the polling tomorrow. She appealed for the maintenance of law and order and said, "I will cast my vote, and you should cast yours too."

In the Bhatkal-Honnavar Assembly constituency, there are a total of 2,22,708 voters, including 1,12,988 male and 1,09,729 female voters. There are a total of 248 polling stations with 1,279 presiding officers, 279 assistant presiding officers, 279 polling officials-1, 279 polling officials-2, 248 police constables, and 248 data entry operators engaged in the election process.
