Bengaluru: The Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) examinations in Karnataka for the academic year 2023-24 saw a pass percentage of 73.40 per cent.

Students can view their results on the karresults.nic.in and kseab.karnataka.gov.in websites.

A total of 2,750 examination centers facilitated the SSLC exams across Karnataka. The exams took place from March 25 to April 6, with 8.69 lakh students participating.

This year, 8.69 lakh students registered for the SSLC examination in Karnataka, including 4.41 lakh boys and 4.28 lakh girls. Additionally, 18,225 private students, 41,375 repeat students, and 5,424 differently-abled students appeared at the 2,750 examination centers.

Udupi district secured the top position with a pass percentage of 94 percent, followed by Dakshina Kannada district with 92.12 percent, Shimoga district with 88.67 percent, Kodagu district with 88.67 percent, and Uttara Kannada district with 86.54 percent.

While students can download provisional mark sheets from the official websites, they are advised to collect the official SSLC mark sheets from their respective schools a few days after the results are declared, as per the official notification issued by the schools.

Furthermore, students have the opportunity to improve their marks by appearing for the exam a maximum of three times, irrespective of whether they pass or fail. This allows students to participate in Test-2 and Test-3 to enhance their scores.
