Mangaluru: The Dakshina Kannada District Muslim Federation, led by President K Ashraf, pledges its support to Hindu seers advocating for a complete ban on beef export.   

Ashraf emphasizes that the Federation will stand with the seers as they appeal to the central government for this ban.   

This comes in response to the seers' concerns regarding the potential repeal of the Karnataka Prevention of Slaughter and Preservation of Cattle Act 2020 and the Anti-conversion law.   

The seers plan to meet the Governor and the Prime Minister to request the preservation of the anti-cow slaughter act.
