Raghavendra Hebbar Honored with GS Hegde Ajjebala Award in Sirsi

Bhatkal: Bhatkal-based journalist Raghavendra Hebbar, popularly known as Raghu Hebbar, was awarded the GS Hegde Ajjebala award by the Uttara Kannada District Working Journalists Association. 

The accolade was conferred during the Golden Jubilee Ceremony of the Uttara Kannada District Working Journalists Association in Sirsi.

 With 20 years of journalistic experience, Hebbar started as the manager of the Bhatkal office for Janantaranga newspaper, later becoming a reporter.

Currently associated with Kannada Prabha, he also manages the fortnightly magazine "Karavali Prabha." Beyond his reporting role, Hebbar serves as the secretary of the District Press Board and is the president of the Bhatkal Taluk Journalist Welfare Association.
