Bhatkal: Anjuman Institute of Technology & Management celebrated its annual "College Day" celebrations here at the college campus in Anjumanabad on Wednesday, 25th April.

Chief guest of the event, Padmashree Girish Bharadwaj, proprietor of Ayush Shilpa Workshop Sullia, addressing the students, briefed about how to face difficulties in life and also to overcome the problems. He also explained the importance of teachers calling them 'Gurus' of life, which every student should remember it. "Obstacles, difficulties happen with everyone, but hard work is the key to overcome it", he noted.

The program began with the recitation of verses from Holy Quran by Hafiz Abdul Daim.

Prof. Phalachandra H.M, Vice-Principal of AITM welcomed the guests and students, while HOD of E&C dept Dr. TMP Rajkumar introduced the chief guest. The vote of thanks was led by Prof Fazlurrahman, HOD, Mechanical dept, AITM Bhatkal.

The event was chaired by Mr. Ishaq Shahbandri, additional general secretary of Anjuman Hami-e-Muslimeen (AHM), Bhatkal.

On this occasion AHM general secretary Ismail Siddique, secretary Kasimji Abu Bakar, AITM principal Dr. Mushtak Ahmed Bhavikatti, students general secretary Abdul Muiz were present.
