Karwar: In a raid conducted by excise officials, the illicit Goan liquor along with three motorcycles have been seized.

In a raid, which was conducted by the team led by excise inspector Suvarna Naik at Hodekal village in the taluk, around 21 Gunny bags filled with illicit liquor valuing nearly around 1.2 lakh rupees and three motorcycles valuing 30 thousand rupees has been seized. 

The raid was held under the guidance of Excise department vice commissioner Sham Joyce.
