Karwar: Uttara Kannada district in charge Minister Shivaram Hebbar will be inaugurating the Kannada Rajyotsava programs on Monday November 1 here in Karwar.

He will be unflagging the Rajyotsava day procession in the premises of the District Office at 8 AM.

At 9 AM, the flag will be unfurled at  police parade ground. The trails will be organized by Police, Home Guards, NCC, Scouts and Guides. Chiefguest of the program will be Rupali S Naik, MLA from Karwar-Ankola Assembly constituency. All the representatives of the district, including Assembly Speaker Vishweshwara Hegde Kageri, Basavaraja Horatti, and MP Anantkumar Hegde, will be attending the Rajyotsava program.
