Sirsi: Three students of M M Arts and Science College have bagged seven gold medals during the convocation of Karnatak University, Dharwad, which was held on Saturday.

Sridevi R Hegde, who had ranked first place in BSc for the University last year has bagged five gold medals. Mithila Hegde bagged a gold medal in Music course for the year 2018-19 and Dhanya Hegde in the same stream for 2019-20.

During the 70th Convocation of KUD, which was held on October 8, Chemistry Department Head Dr Ganesh Sridhar Hegde received his PhD, while in the 71st Convocation, which was held on Saturday, Professor Dr Satishkumar Naik received his PhD.
