Kumta: Two new sleeper coach NWKRTC buses allotted for Kumta depo was inaugurated by Kumta-Honnavar constituency MLA Sharada Shetty here at Kumta bus stand on Thursday. These newly inaugurated buses will be plying between Gokarna-Kumta-Bengaluru via Shivamogga route.

Speaking to media after inaugurating, MLA Sharada Shetty said that nearly 22 new buses have been brought to Kumta depot under her tenure till now and also assured that another 10 more buses will be soon facilitated for people's need. "Fulfilling the needs and demands of Kumta people is my responsibility", she said.

On this occasion Kumta depo manager S G Biradar, V L Naik, Tara Gauda, Surekha Varekar, Manoj Nayak, Raghu Nayak, Ganapathi Shetty and others were present.
