Uppinangady: The movement of traffic was disrupted following the landslide on NH-75 at Mannagundi near Nelyadi for more than three hours on Saturday.

It is learnt that a hillock caved in on the road. The vehicles remained stranded for more than three hours following the incident.

The workers of Larson and Toubro, which has been entrusted with the work on four-laning the road from Addahole to B C Road, rushed to the spot and cleared the soil to facilitate the movement of vehicles on the stretch.
