Udupi: Congress candidate K. Jayaprakash Hegde from the Udupi-Chikkamagaluru Lok Sabha constituency filed his nomination papers today.
District Election Officer Dr. K. Vidya Kumari received the nomination papers from Jayaprakash Hegde, who was accompanied by party leaders after a convention held at the Udupi Congress Bhawan.
Minister KJ Goerge, former Minister Vinaya Kumar Sorake and many others were present.
