Siddapur: A man drowned in the Shaneshwar temple pond, at Bedkani, in Siddapur taluk, on Monday evening.

The deceased Krishnamurthy Narayan Naik (35) of Bedkani, accidentally slipped into the pond and drowned.

The body was fished out at night, police said.
