Mangaluru: A distressing incident unfolded at a hostel in Valachil, just outside the city, where a young nursing student tragically took his own life.

Sachin Saju (19)  hailing from Alleyppey in Kerala, was enrolled at Srinivas Nursing College in Valachil.

According to Police, Saju, a first-year nursing student admitted on November 30, had been facing health issues, leading to his absence from classes in the last two days. It was during a moment when his roommates were away that he took this drastic step.
