Mundgod: Forest officials raided a house in Kaindalkeri village in Mundgod  taluk and seized furniture of teak wood ₹30,000 stored there. Officials also held Shareef Hajre (36) in this connections.

It is said that furniture products of teak wood were being supplied illegally when the forest officials raided the house. 

The raid party consisted of  Zonal officer Suresh Kaloli, Basavaraj Poojari, Anand Pajar, Gangappa Kaladagi, Ramesh Sajjan and others.
