Bhatkal: The Lions club of Murdeshwar organized speech competition for the students of Govt higher primary school of Kasageri on the occasion of children's day. The prizes were also distributed among the winners after the competition.

The program was inaugurated by the Lions club president Manjunath Naik. On the occasion the club members Nagesh Madival, Manjunath Devadiga, A.N Shetty and School SDMC president Jayanth Marati were present.

The winners of the competition were awarded prizes, while the participants were also given appreciation prizes. School Headmistress Sujata Prabhu welcomed the guests and the students, while the vote of thanks was led by Teacher Shaila Shetty.
