Naunihal Central School organizes contests for 'students mothers' in Bhatkal

Bhatkal: Naunihal Central School (NCS) of Bhatkal has set the finest record in Bhatkal by its wonderful initiative of organizing an event themed "Supermoms of NCS" on Thursday, which had various contests between the mothers of its students. Though the event was organized for the first time in Bhatkal, women in large number willingly participated in the event showcasing their talents.

The 'Supermoms' event had a contest like Qiraat competition, Nawayathi singing, English essay writing, Kannada essay writing, Urdu speech competition, English speech competition and many more. The winners and runner-up were awarded attractive trophies. 

The event was organized to bring out the hidden talents present in the mothers of students and also with a motive to build friendly bonding between students, teachers, and parents. To connect teachers with parents, various one-minute games were also played on the occasion. 

Following is the list of winners who bagged the 1st and 2nd place in the competitions:

• Qiraat competition:
1st - Aysha Taskeen M/o Mohammed Noor Jubapu-(Grade-9)
2nd - Fathima Nabila M/O Aysha Hanna Armar (Grade 3)

• Nawayathi singing:
1st - Aysha Hiba M/o Mohammed Mahir -(Grade-7)
2nd - Qaiser M/o Firdouse(Grade -10)

• English essay competition:
1st - Umme HaniM/o Aysha, Hala, Naufil-(Grade-7,4)
2nd - Haniya M/o Mahommed Rayid

• Kannada essay competition:
1st - Fouziya M/o Fatima Muzaina (Grade-2)
2nd - Fatima Taiba M/o Umer (Grade-7)

• Urdu speech competition:
1st - Aysha Hiba M/O Anam Sunheri (Grade-3)
2nd - Aysha Taskeen M/o Noor Jubapu(Grade-9)

• English elocution competition:
1st - Umme Hani M/o Aysha, Hala, Naufil-(Grade-7,4)
2nd - Fathima Saniya M/o Aysha Simra

The program began with the recitation of verses from Holy Quran by a student Saida, followed by the Hamd and Naat by another student Afreen and teacher Khadeeja Muallim respectively. Teachers Mehrajunnisa Faqhibhav and Saima Khateeb played a role of anchoring, while school Headmistress Gul Afroz led vote of thanks.

On this occasion Headmistress of Madrasa Islahul Banaat Khurshid Apa, Shafeequnnisa of Ali Public School, lecturer of Anjuman college for women Rukhsar among many others were present.
