Mangaluru: Three more accused were nabbed by the Pandeshwar police in connection to the Ilyas murder case on Thursday.

The arrested accused have been identified as Dawood (38), Mohammed Nasir(25) and Riyaz(32).

According to sources, Nasir and Riyaz had aided the murder of Ilyas by providing shelter to the attackers and financial aid while Dawood was directly involved in the murder.

Earlier, the police had arrested Sameer and Nameer Hamza in the case, who are presently in judicial custody.

Ilyas alias Target Ilyas was hacked to death by miscreants on 13th January at his home. He was a member of the notorious 'Target Group' from Ullal and was involved with several criminal cases.
