Bhatkal: The Premier Muslim Educational Institution, Anjuman Hami-e-Muslimeen, Bhatkal, will conduct its Annual General Meeting for the years 2019 to 2022 on August 17, Thursday, at 10:30 AM. The meeting will take place at Anjumanabad, Jukaku Shamsuddin Memorial Building.

In a press release, Anjuman General Secretary Siddiq Ismail announced that the audited accounts report of Anjuman Hami-e-Muslimeen for the mentioned years will be presented for approval during the meeting. All Anjuman members are urged to attend the meeting on time to ensure its success.

The press release also outlined the requirements for participation in the meeting. Members must clear any outstanding membership fees, which can be paid at the Anjuman office. If a member has changed their constituency residence, they should fill the constituency transfer form and submit it to the Anjuman office. Additionally, members who wish to inquire about any matter should submit a written request to the General Secretary up to three days before the annual meeting, explaining the reasons for their inquiry. The General Secretary will investigate and respond accordingly.
