A gunman opened fire in a school in central Russia on Monday, killing 13 people and wounding 23 others before shooting himself dead, authorities said.

Great Islamic scholar and Muslim Brotherhood spiritual leader Yusuf Al Qarazawi has died at the age of 96, his official website and Twitter account announced on Monday.
The cause of death was not immediately clear but he has faced years of poor health recently.
