    As it levies stiff penalties on unaccounted cash in banks, the government today said political parties depositing old Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes in their accounts will be exempt from income tax.     Moderate fog cover was witnessed on Saturday in the national capital, leading to delay in 52 rail services and re-scheduling of 12 others.
