Kundapur: The lifeless body of a 23-year-old man, Sharath Kumar from Bhadravathi, who tragically fell into the Arasinagundi Falls near Kollur last week, was discovered lodged between rocks on Sunday, July 30, 2023.

Sharath Kumar's untimely demise occurred while he attempted to take a picture near the edge of the waterfall, capturing the picturesque scenery. His friend was recording the daring act, but the situation quickly turned tragic when Sharath slipped and was swept away by the powerful currents of the falls.

The Kollur police station has registered a case.
