Mangaluru: A 20-year-old MBBS student, Prakruthi Shetty, ended her life by suicide after jumping from the sixth floor of a hostel in Mangaluru in the early hours of Monday.

Her death note revealed that she was frustrated with her life, possibly due to her body weight. 

The police are investigating the matter.
