Bhatkal: The Annual Literary Competition of Islamia Anglo-Urdu High School (IAUHS) took place at Usman Hasan Hall on Saturday, showcasing a spectrum of talents exhibited by its students. The competition featured various categories, including recitation, naat, ghazal, as well as Urdu, English, and Kannada speeches.

Mr. Syed Sameer Sakkaf, Vice President-I of Anjuman, and Maulana Mohammed Fayyaz Maulvi (Motia), who were present as chief guests, blessed the students with valuable advice.

Mr. Qazia Muhammad Muzamil, President of the Anjuman, presided over the function.

The literary competition featured outstanding performances by students, impressing both the responsible association and the engaged audience. Following the students' presentations, distinguished guests took the stage to share their insights. Vice-President II, Mr. Muhammad Sadiq Pillor, School Board Secretary Sadullah Ruknuddin, and many others were present.

The event commenced with the Holy Quran recitation by Muhammad Atif Qazi, a student of the school. Mr. Shabir Dafadar, Headmaster of IAUHS, extended a warm welcome to the guests. The guests were introduced by Mr. Abdul Hafeez Khan Nadvi, a teacher at IAUHS. The vote of thanks was delivered by Mr. Abdul Nasir Khan, in-charge of IAUHS Headmaster.

The event concluded with the announcement of the results of the literary competitions.
