Yellapur: A man from Hubli, identified as Hasan (36), drowned after getting caught in a waterfall at Sathodi Falls during a trip.

The incident occurred on Tuesday evening. Hasan, a laborer and resident of Hubli, had come to Sathodi Falls with his relatives and friends. While swimming, he slipped and drowned.

A case has been registered at the Yellapur police station.
