Puttur: A 4-Year-old LKG kid lost his life in a road accident that took place between pick-up van and Auto rickshaw in Kodau region near Uppinangady.

The deceased has been identified as Muhammed Samad, a student of class LKG in Madina Munawwara English medium school in the region.

Sources informed that the incident happened when Samad along with his other friends in Autorickshaw was on the way to school as usual.

A case has been registered in the Uppinangady police station and further investigations are carried on.
