Mangaluru: In a hit-and-run case between a lorry and a two-wheeler, the bike rider sustained grievous injuries here near Thokkottu Junction on 6^th March, Tuesday.

The bike rider is yet to be identified.

According to sources, the accident occurred after a speeding truck lost control and rammed into a two wheeler near the Thokkottu Junction early morning on Tuesday.

The bike rider sustained severe injuries and was rushed to a hospital while the lorry driver escaped from the spot.

A case has been registered at Ullal police station and the police are conducting further investigations.
