Sirsi: A grant of Rs 75 lakh has been released for the construction of a travellers bungalow near Namdhari Gurumutt in Kyadagikoppa under the limits of Andagi Gram Panchayat in the taluk.

Similarly, Rs 50 lakh has been released for a travelers bungalow near Swadi Jain Mutt, and Rs 75 lakh for another bungalow near Bedkani Hanuman temple in Siddapur taluk has been released, stated Advocate Satish Naik in a press release.

He said that with the special efforts of KPCC General Secretary Nivedit Alwa, Tourism Minister Priyank Kharge has released a grants of Rs two crore for the district.

The State government has sanctioned Rs 1.95 crore for the road patch up works at several parts of taluk, which consists Kumta-Tadas State highway. MLA Vishweshwar Hegde Kageri has directed the respected officials to take up the works as soon as possible, said MLA’s close associate Subray Hegde.
