Sirsi: Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI) Sirsi unit celebrated its formation day today on Wednesday, 21st June here at its block office in Sirsi. SDPI office bearers, cadres and supporters joined the flag hoisting ceremony and pledged their support for the social cause.

SDPI Uttara Kannada district President Brother Arif Raza, Sirsi block President Aslam Hussain, Popular Front of India Sirsi taluqa President Mohsin, Brother Shariff and all others were present.

It shall be noted that SDPI is a party founded for the advancement and uniform development of all the citizenry including Muslims, Dalits, Backward Classes and Adivasis. Its objective is to share the power fairly among all the citizens.

Social Democratic Party of India was formed and declared on 21st June 2009 at New Delhi. It was registered with the Election Commission of India on 13 April, 2010.
