Karwar: The SSLC Exam-3 is scheduled to take place from July 5 to July 12 across 12 centers in Uttara Kannada district. In order to ensure the smooth and transparent conduct of the examinations, Deputy Commissioner K. Lakshmi Priya has enforced prohibitory orders under Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
As per the order, public gatherings and the use of loudspeakers within a 200-meter radius of examination centers during exam hours are strictly prohibited to avoid any disturbances. In addition, cyber cafes and photocopy (xerox) shops operating within this zone must remain closed during the examination period.
Students appearing for the exam are also barred from bringing electronic devices, including mobile phones, smartwatches, wireless/Bluetooth gadgets, and earphones, into the examination halls.
